Espresso Whipping Cream 50 ml Hot water 150 ml
Sea salt – 2 g Sugar – 1 tbsp Coffee beans
Combine whipping cream and a pinch of salt in the frother
Fill the filter funnel with your choice of coffee
Choose cold cappuccino mode and froth until thick
Remove the frother from the base and wait until the espresso is ready
Add hot water, espresso and sugar into the glass*
Scoop 3 tbsp of the salted cream on top of the coffee
Garnish with coffee beans or sea salt flakes.
*If you want to made iced version， mix sugar with espresso until dissolved first, then fill the glass with ice and add 150ml of cold water & espresso.
