85℃ Copycat: Salted Cream Coffee



Sea Salt Cream Coffee takes its origin in Taiwanese 85°C bakery,

this savory-meets-sweet refreshing beverage will make you feel like

you're on vacation even if you're stuck at home or worse – office…




INGREDIENTS



Espresso Whipping Cream 50 ml Hot water 150 ml



Sea salt – 2 g Sugar – 1 tbsp Coffee beans




INSTRUCTIONS



Step 1


Combine whipping cream and a pinch of salt in the frother



Step 2


Fill the filter funnel with your choice of coffee



Step 3


Choose cold cappuccino mode and froth until thick



Step 4


Remove the frother from the base and wait until the espresso is ready



Step 5


Add hot water, espresso and sugar into the glass*



Step 6


Scoop 3 tbsp of the salted cream on top of the coffee



Step 7


Garnish with coffee beans or sea salt flakes.



*If you want to made iced version, mix sugar with espresso until dissolved first, then fill the glass with ice and add 150ml of cold water & espresso.
